The winding road of 255th takes you along a journey of East Lake, curving up and down and around aged trees, wild turkeys, and countless Deer. Most off lake homes here are part of an association providing owners with the opportunity to have a boat slip and many of these properties typically sell between $165k and $275k. Most properties on the Lake (depending on location, size, and lakeshore frontage will sell between $250k and $650k. More Info
